Probably.... but, from experience with my personal blog- if you stop posting for a long period of time, people stop checking regularly. Once people catch word of the fact that you are posting again, they'll start to read again. Maybe an e-mail to the district reflector to announce that it's being regularly maintained again might jumpstart things a bit.
