The world has gone mad...Today - Thursday, July 8 I opened my newspaper to find a back to school supply add...WHAT? I don't know about you, but I am no where near ready to head back to school for fall. Now many of you are in summer school and I do feel sorry for you, but you of all people school know how disturbing that is. Aren't you ready for those two weeks between summer and fall?

We still need monthly reports, so far I have received 3 cabinet reports and 4 club reports...it is highly important that yall get those in.

SUMMER RALLY - July 30-August 1! Don't forget summer rally is right around the corner. This is a perfect opportunity to get you geared up for recruiting new member and planning projects in the new semester. Registration forms can be found in the file section of the lamisstenn, lmtcabinet, and lmtpresidents yahoogroup or you can email me and I'll send you one. I hope to see many of you there especially club officers. Cost is only $40 and will include your meals. Registration must be postmarked by July 17 and should be sent to UNO president Krystle.

By now or within the next day all club presidents should have received a copy of the district bulletin in the mail. For all other members please check it out in the file section of the lamisstenn yahoogroup.

We have a couple hats left over from International Convention that we are selling to members - we will also be taking orders and placing another order. Currently we have 3 or 4 extra hats. If you are interested in purchasing one let me know. The hats we currently have will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Those contacting me after those have sold will have to wait for the new order to be placed. The hats are almost identical to the one from 6 years ago...many of you have seen mine with all the pins on it. They are a dark khaki bucket hats with CKI LaMissTenn embroidered on the front. So if you interested let me know.

MONTHLY REPORTS ARE DUE TODAY!

Well we're back from International Convention and those who attended had a blast. Many memorable moments happened at convention like me dropping the mike in the house of delegates, people getting stuck and soaked at the arch, memorable quotes from those who shall remain nameless, crazy pictures that makes us feel sorry for those who develop them, and of course much much more. For those of you who were not able to attend this year I'm sorry but I encourage you to start thinking about attending next year's convention in Greensboro, North Carolina in early August of 2005.
